SFABL started at midway area in Chicago through playing pickup games all the way back in 1995. One day, some of the guys had a vision and sat down and decided to form a league… After a couple of months of discussions - came up with SFABL.  The games were played at Hinsdale Adventist Academy gym initially. It started with 6 teams – jr / sr combined… Back then, the scorers were the children of players helping out. From there - it took off and the rest is history.
